Having worked in banking, capital markets, derivatives, regulatory compliance, and disputes at our joint operation partner firm A&O Shearman for more than two decades, serving major international and Chinese financial institutions and corporates alike, Jane is uniquely equipped to find solutions across multiple disciplines.
